A small 90m² 1920s cottage relocated from the middle of the section right to the street frontage. All the superfluous lean-tos added over the years were demolished and the cottage transformed into a 2.5 bedroom house with a cottage garden and sunny back deck. The matai flooring remained throughout but the rest of the house was reframed, rewired, replumbed, reinsulated and fully renovated to create a warm and inviting house with a beautiful street presence reminiscent of its 100 year old past.
